Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy sets out how Fbknd handles eligible returns, exchange requests, return labels, inspections, and refunds. These pages are written to remove uncertainty, define the store's responsibilities, and show customers what to expect at each step. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, and we accept exchanges when the requested replacement item is available.

For Dining Tablecloths, approval decisions may consider whether the item is clean, complete, unused, and returned with the original packaging and proof of purchase. Questions about Dining Tablecloths are easier to resolve when the customer provides the order number, item name, and clear context about fit, condition, delivery, or use. For dining tablecloth orders, packing and return review may refer to the listed rectangular, round, or oval shape, finished dimensions, fiber composition, color, weave or pattern, hem or bound edge, unused and unwashed condition, absence of stains or odors, and whether the cloth and care card remain complete.

RETURN WINDOW

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted unless required by applicable consumer law.

RETURN CONDITION & ELIGIBILITY

Product condition accepted for return: new only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Eligible items should be in the same condition received, unused, complete, and returned with original packaging and included materials where possible. Items showing misuse, unauthorized changes, improper care, or ordinary wear may be declined unless required by law.

RETURN PROCESS & RETURN ADDRESS

To start a return, you can contact us at support@fbknd.shop. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return questions are handled by email so the request, evidence, and next steps can be kept in one written thread.

Return requests should include the order number, checkout email, item name, and return reason. Photos or video are especially useful when the item arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the order. Support cases are reviewed using the order record, the product page, customer-provided evidence, and the timing rules stated in the relevant policy.

RETURN SHIPPING FEES

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery, we will bear the return shipping costs and provide a free return label.

For accepted returns, the return label is included in the package, free.

RESTOCKING FEE

Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

REFUND TIME_FRAME

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 days. Bank or card issuer posting times may vary after we submit the refund.

EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Exchanges may be arranged when inventory is available and the return meets the stated requirements. If a replacement cannot be provided, an approved refund may be issued. Customers may request cancellation before the order has been processed or shipped.
